Côte

Capella’s signature restaurant inspired by dining experiences on the French Riviera, with a concept and menus by celebrated Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. The typography is inspired by modernist European design with a warm grey colour palette.

Phra Nakhon

An homage to Thai family recipes handed down through generations and inspired by the numerous regional cooking styles of rural Thailand, situated on the banks of the Chao Phraya river.

Stella

Stella is an elegant cocktail lounge offering tailored desserts and cocktails in an intimate interior inspired by Chinoiserie and Art Deco. A floral theme dominates the identity and interior. The menu is complemented by illustrations of fierce female heroes.

 
 
 

The menu pays homage to historic Asian female heroes including Khun Ying Mo from Thailand, Tomoe Gozen from Japan, Zheng Yi Sao from China and Rani Lakshmi Bai from India beautifully illustrated by Punnapohp Boonkate.
